The call center industry of the Philippines is one of the most
successful providers of call center services in the world market. It was
due to this industry that the BPO or Business Process Outsource
industry of the Philippines had grown massively around the world. So
what are the reasons why the call center industry of the Philippines
became successful?



There are a lot of reasons why the call center industry of the
Philippines became successful in the world market. And according to many
industry experts, one of the main reasons why is because of the skills
of Filipinos in providing customer relations through live answering
service as well as the diversity of its services.

Recently, the Philippines was hailed as the call center capital of the
world, outpacing India as the largest provider of call center services
in the world market. Part of the reason why is because of the sheer
number of highly-trained call center agents in the Philippines, which
had reached an over of 350,000.

number of foreign investors starting their own call center businesses in

call center service to business answering service, is because of the
skills of Filipinos in providing customer relation services as well as
with their fluency with the use of the English language.



These skills, along with cheaper manpower compared to other providers of
call center services, served as an edge for the Philippines to compete
in the global market. This is the reason why the industry was quickly
placed as the 2nd largest provider of call center services in the world
market. However, other than the skills of Filipinos, another reason why
the industry became successful was because of the industry’s diverse
collection of call center services.

services such as customer care, technical support, financial services,
educational services, as well as business answering service like order
